SFMCA & GIAV raise $14,887 for MND Research taking overall tally to $68,887 in funds raised.

SFMCA & GIAV held their second annual Charity Golf Day on 23 & 24th June 2026 at the beautiful Sebel Yarrawonga and Black Bull Golf Course to raise funds for MND Research in honor of former Executive Officer Duncan Rowland. A great rivalry and much sledging ensued on the golf course with the "Grainees" narrowly taking out the Duncan Rowland Perpetual Trophy by a mere .33 on nett scores over the "Feeders".

Congratulations to the team "Cream of the Crop" captained by Dominic Hogan, Adrian Murphy, Georgie van Beek and Jeremy Swincer for taking out the win.

Our thanks to sponsors BEC, Graymont, Riverina Oils, AusPac, Feedworks, Ikon Commodities, Novus, Phibro, DSL, EW Nutrition, Amtrade, Southern Stockfeeds, Elanco and all participated in the golf and auction to raise a massive $14,887 throughout the day. Fundraising efforts over the past 18 months now tally an impressive $68,887!
