Food with Purpose & AMC a huge success with record numbers

Over 1600 delegates and 267 exhibition booths packed out the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre from 12-14 May 2026 as Food with Purpose goes from strength to strength. As one of two SFMCA and FIAAA's major events, this conference goes from strength to strength.

With program streams running for milling, poultry and pork over 3 days delegates enjoyed both international and Australian speakers, everyone an expert in their chosen field. Food with Purpose is the largest industry event in Australasia of it's kind with network opportunities front and center of organisers minds in the preparations.

Combined with our focus on important industry issues is our focus on community wellbeing. Fight MND was the chosen charity for 2026 with Jan Daniher speaking in the opening plenary. AMC, APL and PIX are pleased to hand over a cheque for $30,000 to help researchers and doctors fight for a cure to "the beast".
